In addition, the plan aims to attract investment and gradually develop tourism to make Ta Xua a provincial-level tourist area by 2030, as well as a central hub connecting other tourist areas in provinces such as Son La, Yen Bai, Phu Tho, Lai Chau, and Dien Bien.

It will also serve as a basis for land management, construction order, and attracting investment projects, contributing to the socio-economic development of the region.
